- Orders placed Monday–Thursday by 12 PM: Shipped the same day and delivered the next day.
- Orders placed on Friday, Saturday, or Sunday: Shipped on Monday and delivered on Tuesday.
🚫 We do not deliver on weekends.
📌 Same-Day Delivery: Available for Greater London orders. Delivery times may vary depending on traffic or unforeseen circumstances. Our team will contact you to confirm a secure drop-off point.

📌 Refunds are processed within 48 hours. Please include:
- Order details (product name, purchase date, and price)
- A brief explanation of the issue
- Photos of damaged or missing items (if applicable)
📦 Returning an Unwanted Product
If you ordered the wrong product or changed your mind and no longer want it:
- The item must be unused, unopened, and in its original condition.
- The return shipping cost will be the responsibility of the customer.
- Once the item is received and inspected, we will issue a refund if the return meets our criteria.
