Is there a minimum order value?

Yes, the minimum order value is £30.

Shipping

How much does delivery cost?

  • UK-wide delivery: £6.00 for orders over £30.
  • Free Delivery: England & Wales £70+ | Scotland £150+ | N. Ireland excluded

When do you deliver?

  • Orders placed Monday–Thursday by 12 PM: Shipped the same day and delivered the next day.
  • Orders placed on Friday, Saturday, or Sunday: Shipped on Monday and delivered on Tuesday.

🚫 We do not deliver on weekends.

📌 Same-Day Delivery: Available for Greater London orders. Delivery times may vary depending on traffic or unforeseen circumstances. Our team will contact you to confirm a secure drop-off point.

How can I track my order?

What if I receive damaged items?

📦 Returning an Unwanted Product
If you ordered the wrong product or changed your mind and no longer want it:

  • The item must be unused, unopened, and in its original condition.
  • The return shipping cost will be the responsibility of the customer.
  • Once the item is received and inspected, we will issue a refund if the return meets our criteria.
