We deliver to most UK residential
addresses.
📌 Fresh Food Products: Available for delivery only within London.
📌 All Other Products:
Available for delivery across the UK.
For deliveries to apartment buildings, our drivers aim to deliver to your apartment door.
However, if it is deemed unsafe or impractical, we reserve the right to leave the order at the main entrance of the property.

When do you deliver?

Orders placed Monday – Thursday by 12:00 PM: Shipped the same day and delivered the next day.
Orders placed on Friday, or on Saturday & Sunday: Shipped on Monday, delivered on Tuesday.
🚫 We do not deliver on weekends.
📌 Same-Day Delivery: Available for Greater London orders. Delivery times
vary depending on traffic and unforeseen circumstances. Our team will contact
you to confirm a secure drop-off point.

📌 Refunds are processed within 48 hours. Please include:
- Order details (product name, purchase date, and price)

📦 Returning an Unwanted Product
If you ordered the wrong product or
changed your mind and no longer want it:
- The item must be unused, unopened, and in its original
condition. - The return shipping cost will be the responsibility of the customer.
- Once the item is received and inspected, we will issue a refund if the return meets our criteria.
