Yeni Rakı GIZ Craft Raki is the bold and refined second expression in the exclusive “Kraft Rakı” series, expertly produced in small batches at Yeni Rakı’s boutique distillery in Alaşehir. Crafted entirely from 100% raisins and distilled three times in traditional 500-liter copper alembics, this artisanal spirit delivers an exceptionally smooth and complex profile.

What sets GIZ apart is its maturation in a carefully selected mix of barrels—previously used for rakı, brandy, and indigenous Turkish wines like Boğazkere and Öküzgözü. This aging process imparts deep character and subtle layers of aroma and flavour, creating a truly distinguished rakı experience.

Bottled at an intense 68% ABV, GIZ is designed for connoisseurs. It is best enjoyed diluted—ideally two parts water to one part GIZ—to unlock its full bouquet and achieve a smooth, aromatic balance.
