Prototip Rakı is a bold reinterpretation of Turkey’s beloved spirit, crafted for those who value both tradition and innovation. At its heart lies a blend of carefully selected grapes—65% Antep Karası, 30% Sultaniye (both column-distilled), and 5% Öküzgözü distilled in a traditional copper pot still for added depth. The result is a rich and smooth distillate that’s then delicately infused with aromatic aniseed sourced from the villages of Yusufça and Anbarcık in the Mediterranean region, with a high essential oil content of 2.4%.

Distilled to approximately 73% ABV and gently brought down to 45%, Prototip Rakı is matured to achieve a rounder, more complex flavor. Whether sipped neat, with chilled water, or paired with food, it offers a refined rakı experience for modern palates.
