Boulgur is a tasty ingredient in pilafs, soups, rissoles, stuffed vegetables and salads such as tabbouli. In breads, it adds a whole grain component. Cooking: for every cup of boulgur add 2 cups of water. Add oil and a pinch of salt, bring to a boil. Then simmer for 20 min in low heat.
