Cooking Instruction
Long method for soaking beans: Place the cleaned beans in a large bowl and add enough water to cover them by a couple of inches and soak for 7-8 hours.
Quick method for soaking beans: Put the beans in a saucepan over a medium-high flame and bring the water to a boil.
