Take it off the stove, get a medium -sized round or rectangular fireproof empty tray, oil it, then add 2 tablespoons of sugar sprinkled on the entire surface pour the mix.Put the tray on the stove on a strong fire to burn the sugar at the bottom by turning it occasionally and cook for 5-10 minutes.
Rest at room temprature for a while then in the fridge for 1-2 hours.
You can serve it upside down.
